    Six-month open                 8.25 per cent, n/c
    One-year open                  8.55 per cent, down 0.10 per cent
    One-year closed                6.40 per cent, down 0.10 per cent
    Two-year closed                6.50 per cent, down 0.10 per cent
    Three-year closed              6.50 per cent, down 0.10 per cent
    Four-year closed               6.50 per cent, down 0.10 per cent
    Five-year closed               6.49 per cent, down 0.16 per cent
    Seven-year closed              6.85 per cent, down 0.10 per cent
    Ten-year closed                7.30 per cent, down 0.10 per centThese rates are effective March 7, 2007.
