12. The conference will provide investors a valuable mid-year opportunity to

coverage in the space, covering over 25 companies; his market insight and

        Industry" by entrepreneur Ian Schrager. Mr. Schrager invented the
        concept of the boutique hotel 23 years ago with the formation of the

        mixed use projects. Mr. Schrager has achieved international
