    One-year open            9.50 per cent, down .10 per cent

    One-year closed          7.35 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Two-year closed          7.50 per cent, down .05 per cent

    Three-year closed        7.50 per cent, down .05 per cent

    Four-year closed         7.50 per cent, down .05 per cent

    Five-year closed         7.49 per cent, down .05 per cent

    Seven-year closed        7.80 per cent, down .05 per cent

    10-year closed           8.20 per cent, unchangedThese rates are effective January 12, 2008.
