TORONTO, Nov. 28 /CNW/ - CIBC announced today that it has reached an
amicable resolution of all outstanding matters with former employee Paul
Flynn. In reaching the agreement, CIBC stated that it is sympathetic to the
difficulties Mr. Flynn has experienced over the past five years. In light of
these difficulties and the fact that all charges against Mr. Flynn were
dropped, we are pleased to announce that CIBC and Mr. Flynn have amicably
resolved all issues between them and have entered into a consulting
arrangement.
