585 square-metre branch on Boulevard Leduc in Brossard's urban lifestyle
centre, Quartier DIX30, a vast 61-hectare complex of stores, restaurants and
leisure facilities. The new, full-service branch features extended hours,
including evening and Saturday hours, as well as service in French, English,
Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and Creole.
    To mark the occasion, CIBC will make a donation of $100,000 to the Mental
Illness Foundation, an organization dedicated to the prevention of mental
illnesses. Focused on informing the public and raising awareness, the Mental
Illness Foundation works to promote the early detection of mental illnesses in
order to decrease human suffering as well as the social and economic tolls
these illnesses can take.
    Montreal former world champion boxer, Eric Lucas, will also be on site to
meet fans and sign photos for guests who can enter to win a Broil King
barbecue, one of two Nintendo Wii console systems or a $400 spa gift
certificate. There will also be a barbecue, fun activities for families and a
variety of special offers and promotions for clients.
