ETOBICOKE, ON, April 30 /CNW/ - Tomorrow, CIBC will host a Re-opening Celebration for clients and the community at its newly renovated and expanded branch at Albion Road and Kipling Avenue in Rexdale. The event will feature refreshments, entertainment, including traditional Indian music, and more from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. To mark the special occasion, CIBC will also present a donation to the YMCA Rexdale Youth Centre.

"Business has grown at this branch as more and more of our clients come through our doors looking for financial advice," said Larry Tomei, CIBC's Senior Vice-President of Retail Markets for Central Canada. "We have renovated and expanded the branch to better serve our clients, whether they are looking to sit down with a financial advisor or conduct their banking at the counter. With more advisors, extended hours and an expanded service area, our clients get faster service and greater access to advice for what matters to them."

The branch offers clients full-service banking seven days a week, as well as service in English, Farsi, Hindi and Punjabi.

The hours of operation are:

Monday - Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

CIBC's donation to YMCA Rexdale will help fund its Youth Leadership Corps program.

"The YMCA Strong Kids Campaign raises funds so more kids can participate in life-enhancing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body. With support of donors like CIBC, the YMCA's goal is to ensure everyone is able to participate in our programs regardless of their financial means," said Kwame Brown, General Manager, Etobicoke YMCA Employment and Community. "In 2009, the YMCA of Greater Toronto was able to provide financial assistance to more than 34,000 people through the YMCA Strong Kids fundraising campaign."
