Shareholders will take place on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at the Calgary TELUS
Convention Centre, 136-8th Avenue South East, Calgary, Alberta. The business
of the meeting will include the election of directors, appointment of auditors
and consideration of and voting on shareholder proposals as well as other
matters.
    A live audio webcast of the Annual Meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.
(MST). Speeches and slide presentations that accompany the event will be
