TORONTO, April 10 /CNW/ - CIBC today announced the following changes in
residential mortgage rates:Six-month convertible       6.50 per cent, up 0.05 per cent
    Six-month open              8.30 per cent, up 0.05 per cent
    One-year open               8.75 per cent, up 0.20 per cent
    One-year closed             6.60 per cent, up 0.20 per cent
    Two-year closed             6.70 per cent, up 0.20 per cent
    Three-year closed           6.70 per cent, up 0.20 per cent
    Four-year closed            6.70 per cent, up 0.20 per cent
    Five-year closed            6.64 per cent, up 0.20 per cent
    Seven-year closed           6.95 per cent, up 0.10 per cent
    Ten-year closed             7.50 per cent, up 0.20 per cent

    These rates are effective April 11, 2007.
