locations of seven new full service branches in the Greater Toronto area to
provide its clients with greater flexibility, access and choice. These new
branches are being opened in the high-growth communities of Aurora, Brampton,
Milton, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Whitby.

    The new locations include:-   Bayview and Wellington in Aurora, ON;

    -   Thompson and Steeles in Milton, ON;
    -   Yonge and Tower Hill in Richmond Hill, ON;
    -   Dufferin and Major Mackenzie in Vaughan, ON;
    -   Jane and Norwood in Vaughan, ON; and
    -   Taunton and Garden in Whitby, ON.As part of its strategic plan, CIBC will build, relocate and expand over
