    Three year closed              7.35 per cent, down .05 per cent

    Four year closed               7.35 per cent, down .05 per cent

    Five year closed               7.34 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Seven year closed              7.65 per cent, N/C

    10 year closed                 8.00 per cent, N/C

    These rates are effective Nov. 1, 2007.
