following changes in mortgage rates:Six-month convertible      7.10 per cent, up .05 per cent

    Six-month open             8.90 per cent, up .15 per cent

    One-year open              9.50 per cent, unchanged

    One-year closed            7.35 per cent, unchanged

    Two-year closed            7.40 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Three-year closed          7.40 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Four-year closed           7.40 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Five-year closed           7.39 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Seven-year closed          7.70 per cent, down .10 per cent

    10-year closed             8.10 per cent, down .10 per cent

    These rates are effective January 29, 2008.
