Media Advisory - CIBC to hold Annual Meeting and release First Quarter 2008 Results on February 28
TORONTO, Feb. 12 /CNW/ - CIBC's (CM: TSX: NYSE) Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Fairmont Royal York, The Canadian Room, 100 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario. The business of the meeting will include the election of directors, appointment of auditors and consideration of and voting on shareholder proposals as well as other matters. A live audio webcast of the Annual Meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. (EST).
