focus of a CIBC World Markets conference in Vancouver on February 20, 2008.

           of the world's leading oil economists and his calls on oil prices,
           OPEC's cannibalizing of exports and the impending "carbon wars"

           Cheryl Slusarchuk, Chair - BC Climate Action Team. Ms. Slusarchuk
           is also a partner in the Vancouver office of McCarthy Tetrault and
           the President of the Premier's Technology Council

           Mr. Rubin will talk about the impacts of rising costs of
           conventional energy sources and the opportunities for renewables;
