    Three-year closed              7.30 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Four-year closed               7.19 per cent, down .21 per cent

    Five-year closed               7.29 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Seven-year closed              7.60 per cent, down .05 per cent

    10-year closed                 8.05 per cent, down .05 per cent

    These rates are effective February 16, 2008.
