    Six-month open                 8.90 per cent, unchanged

    One-year open                  9.40 per cent, down .10 per cent

    One-year closed                7.15 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Two-year closed                7.20 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Three-year closed              7.20 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Four-year closed               7.04 per cent, down .15 per cent

    Five-year closed               7.19 per cent, down .10 per cent

    Seven-year closed              7.55 per cent, down .10 per cent

    10-year closed                 7.95 per cent, down .10 per cent

    These rates are effective March 21, 2008.
