CIBC celebrates 16th annual Diversity Month

    TORONTO, June 9 /CNW/ - A series of live performances and an array of
multicultural cuisine from around the world will take place at Commerce Court
midday, Monday, June 9, to mark the start of CIBC's 16th annual Diversity
Month celebrations.
    Beginning at 11:30 a.m., there will be entertainment, food and
performances that reflect the diversity and colourful mosaic of CIBC,
featuring:GTA Bhangra - known as the "hip-hop" of India

        Council Fire Singers & Dancers - Aboriginal dancer and singers

        Mariachi Trio - folk music of Mexico

        African Singer, Dancing & Drumming - professional dancers Lua
        Shayenne, and Mafa Makhubalo accompanied by Master Drummer and
        musician Derek Thorne.

        Chinese Opera Singer & musicians - Opera singer, Lin Chen

        Sanskriti Dance & Yoga - a fusion contemporary and South Asian Kathak
        dance and Yoga.
