    Six-month open              8.74 per cent, no change

    One-year open               8.80 per cent, no change

    One-year closed             6.65 per cent, no change

    Two-year closed             6.70 per cent, no change

    Three-year closed           7.05 per cent, up .35 per cent

    Four-year closed            7.04 per cent, up .35 per cent

    Five-year closed            7.20 per cent, up .35 per cent

    Seven-year closed           7.65 per cent, up .35 per cent

    10-year closed              8.00 per cent, up .35 per cent

    These rates are effective September 27, 2008.
