CIBC pink products surpass $1 million mark
Pink products still available in CIBC branches in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 5TORONTO, Oct. 2 /CNW/ - CIBC (CM: TSX; NYSE) is pleased to announce that proceeds from its pink products have reached $1 million, just two weeks after reaching the $500,000 mark. Thanks to the generosity of CIBC clients and employees across Canada, pink necklaces, bank card protectors, dog leashes, car magnets, socks, playing cards and pink M&M's chocolate candies have been chalking up more than $30,000 a day to help create a future without breast cancer. One hundred per cent of net proceeds will go to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation to support breast cancer research, education and awareness programs.
