    Six-month open              7.95 per cent, down .79 per cent
    One-year open               8.25 per cent, down .55 per cent
    One-year closed             5.60 per cent, down 1.05 per cent
    Two-year closed             6.45 per cent, down .25 per cent
    Three-year closed           6.45 per cent, down .60 per cent
    Four-year closed            6.29 per cent, down .75 per cent
    Five-year closed            6.95 per cent, down .25 per cent
    Seven-year closed           7.40 per cent, down .25 per cent
    10-year closed              7.55 per cent, down .45 per cent

    These rates are effective November 28, 2008.
