Shareholders will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at the Fairmont
Waterfront, The Waterfront Ballroom, 900 Canada Place Way, Vancouver, British
Columbia. The business of the meeting will include the election of directors,
appointment of auditors and consideration of and voting on shareholder
proposals.
