CIBC to celebrate grand opening of new six-day Ottawa Train Yards branch
Donation towards Breast Cancer care in Ottawa; guests can win a Sharp LCD TVOTTAWA, June 12 /CNW/ - On Saturday, June 13, CIBC will celebrate the grand opening of its new Ottawa Train Yards Banking Centre located at the intersection of Industrial Road and Trainyards Drive in the Ottawa Train Yards. Ottawa residents in this growing community can bank and get financial advice six days a week at this state-of-the-art facility. To mark the occasion, the CIBC Breast Cancer Research Lab in the Ottawa Hospitals' new Cancer Centre will receive a donation from CIBC, its employees and clients. "Our new Ottawa Train Yards, six-day banking centre will help us better serve our clients in the community, providing them with more opportunities to bank in-branch and get professional financial advice in English and French," said Sylvain Vinet, Senior Vice-President, CIBC Retail Markets, Eastern Canada. "Our extended service hours, including evenings and Saturdays, allow our clients to bank with us when it suits their schedules." The new branch features extended hours, including evening and Saturday hours, as well as service in English and French. The hours of operation are:Monday - Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.The new branch is fully accessible, including two Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) installed at wheelchair accessible height with headphone jacks for audio access; grab bars for mobility assistance; and brighter lighting, plus a 24-hour drive-thru ABM for added convenience. The donation to the CIBC Breast Cancer Research Lab in the Ottawa Hospital's new Cancer Centre from CIBC, its employees, clients, friends and families will all go towards improving care, finding new treatments and enhancing the quality of life of breast cancer patients in the National Capital Region.
