CIBC introducing six-day banking at four more Vancouver Lower Mainland branches
Greater flexibility for CIBC clients with Saturday hours at more than 40 branches in Greater Vancouver areaVANCOUVER, June 15 /CNW/ - CIBC today announced the introduction of six-day full-service banking at four additional Vancouver Lower Mainland branches to provide clients greater flexibility, access and choice. As of Saturday, June 20, CIBC clients will be able to bank and get advice on Saturdays at more than 40 branches in the Greater Vancouver area. "We're continuing to invest in extending our hours of business in locations where we know our clients live, work and shop to give them more opportunities to talk to a CIBC financial advisor," said Wendy Slavin, CIBC's Senior Vice-President of Retail Markets for Western Canada. "Offering full-service hours six days a week in these busy urban areas gives our clients more flexibility to do their banking when it suits their schedule." "CIBC's investment in expanding hours of business means we are also creating job opportunities in these communities, as we're adding great people to our team," added Slavin. The following CIBC branches are extending hours to six days a week as of Saturday, June 20:- 1475 Prairie Avenue in Port Coquitlam (Now open Mondays) - No. 1 Road & Francis in Richmond (Now open Saturdays) - Victoria & 41st in Vancouver (Now open Saturdays) - Main & 29th branch in Vancouver (Now open Mondays)In addition to introducing banking services on Saturdays at more branches, CIBC also offers Sunday banking at 37 branches across the country, including nine in the Vancouver Lower Mainland. With 1058 branches, CIBC clients already have access to one of the largest branch networks in Canada.
