Media Advisory - On Nov. 4, Grade 9 students will see that banking is more than just numbers

"Take Our Kids to Work" day on Wednesday, November 4

TORONTO, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Hundreds of Grade 9 students will be at CIBC on Wednesday, November 4, seeing first-hand what it is like to work at one of Canada's largest banks during "Take Our Kids to Work" day.

Come see the kids begin the day together in the Grand Banking Hall at The Suites at 1 King Street West with a BINGO icebreaker to get to know each other better, an overview of CIBC and a talk on "Where your money goes." There will be a quiz on Equity and Diversity, as well as a presentation on bank security including the technology used to keep money safe. The kids will then shadow their parent/guardian for the rest of the day. The agenda will be repeated at 1 p.m. for kids who chose to shadow their host in the morning.
