"We're excited to celebrate the grand opening of our new branch with the Oakville community. This spacious new facility will provide our clients with even greater access and choice in their banking and represents CIBC's long-term commitment to the neighborhood," said Larry Tomei, CIBC's Senior Vice-President of Retail Markets for Central Canada.
The branch hours of operation are:

The new branch is barrier free with accessibility features such as sit down teller stations and three Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) installed at wheelchair accessible height with headphone jacks for audio access; grab bars for mobility assistance; and brighter lighting.
CIBC clients benefit from one of the largest branch networks in Canada, access to more than 3,800 automated bank machines, and 24/7 service by phone, online and through mobile banking.
CIBC's $5,000 donation to the Oakville Hospital Foundation will help purchase new acute care beds for Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH). The Foundation, which raises funds to purchase essential medical equipment, works with local bank branches each year to host the Bank Bed Challenge. In 2010, more than $144,000 was raised, which will result in the purchase of 12 new beds for OTMH. Over the past five years, the Bank Bed Challenge has raised more than $600,000 thanks to the efforts of CIBC and its industry competitors.
"It's not well known, but the province does not fund the purchase of most medical equipment, including the purchase of new patient beds. Our hospital can only be equipped through the generosity of community residents and organizations like CIBC," said Tina Triano, CEO, Oakville Hospital Foundation. "The acute care beds purchased as a result of the annual Bank Bed Challenge, which includes this generous gift from CIBC, will eventually be moved into the new Oakville Hospital slated to open in early 2015. Our new Hospital will house 39,000 pieces of equipment, including the beds CIBC has helped purchase this year."
