CIBC Joins City of Toronto to Bring Ice Cream Trucks to Vaccine Clinic

TORONTO, May 23, 2021 /CNW/ - Team CIBC is proud to team up with the City of Toronto in support of today's COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Nathan Phillips Square.

For clinic visitors, Team CIBC will be working with Fire It Up to provide refreshments, including free ice cream and water, to clinic visitors. Full event details below.

Today's announcement is the latest community support CIBC has provided during the pandemic. Earlier this month, CIBC announced the #plateitforward initiative that will see 100,000 Goodfood meals delivered to frontline healthcare workers across Canada. In May 2020 CIBC launched the Holidays for Heroes program that saw Canadians nominate healthcare heroes to receive travel vouchers for a future holiday. The bank also established the CIBC Future Heroes Fund Bursary Program to help the next generation of healthcare workers realize their ambition of having a career in healthcare.
