CIBC to transfer 11 European Canadian Depositary Receipt listings to TSX

TORONTO, Oct. 10, 2025 /CNW/ - Today, CIBC announced its intention to change the listing venue of the following Canadian Depositary Receipts ("CDRs") from Cboe Canada Inc. ("Cboe Canada") to the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"):

  • Allianz CDR (CAD Hedged) – ALZ
  • ASML CDR (CAD Hedged) – ASML
  • BMW CDR (CAD Hedged) – BMW
  • ING CDR (CAD Hedged) – INGS
  • Mercedes-Benz CDR (CAD Hedged) – BENZ
  • Nestle CDR (CAD Hedged) – NSTL
  • Novartis CDR (CAD Hedged) – NVS
  • Roche CDR (CAD Hedged) – ROG
  • SAP CDR (CAD Hedged) – SAPS
  • Siemens CDR (CAD Hedged) – SMNS
  • UBS CDR (CAD Hedged) – UBSS

CIBC has received conditional approval from TSX to list the CDRs on its exchange.

CIBC anticipates that the CDRs will be voluntarily delisted from Cboe Canada at the close of business on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, and listed on the TSX exchange on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
